I first found this product on tiktok and it looked like a miracle for my bangs. I decided to buy it, I expected the product would take a while to arrive because it was coming from Asia. This is why I saw no red flags when the order did not come for a couple of months. After it had been a while I decided to get in contact with lip tail and someone responded. Sehee responded to my concerns then said they could give me a refund when I send back the order. The order never showed up so how was I supposed to send it back? I then expressed my concern saying that it never arrived so how could I send it back? They then did not respond. I sent them three follow up emails during the past week still no response. I am appalled at the service and it has now been three months since my order. I am very sad because I spent $60 NZD on this product through paypal. Its not that the order never showed up no one expressed concern about how it never showed up or I was never offered a refund or for it to be redelivered. Please don't order from this website it's customer service sucks and if you have a problem it is obvious through my experience that no one will help.
